How did Bachman Furniture come to be Milwaukee’s Unique Furniture Store?
We’ve been turning heads with our inventory for decades! In the late 1960s, Irene Bachman Goebel infused the store with her European style as an interior designer. In the 1980s, Bachman Furniture was the first store in Milwaukee to carry leather furniture (and leather upholstery never goes out of style). And now in Bachman’s new location in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley, we are thrilled to bring you exciting and unique furniture pieces that you won’t find at the big-box stores.

Oh M’gawd this place is AMAZING. Local furniture store specializing in Made in USA! Leather dyes are “green”, chemical free. Styles of furniture here were beyond my expectations. Modern, modern-retro and everything in between. Pricing is extremely fair, especially considering quality of products, US made, and designs available. Every couch we looked at was customizable—fabrics, grades of leather, colors of leather, sizes of couches, etc. The staff were super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. London was our sales woman—We’d give her 6 stars if we could. Don’t bother shopping anywhere else, this place is Official, like a ref with a whistle. There’s a reason they’ve been around 101 years. Great products, great prices and exemplary customer service!
The store and inventory is huge but this is NOT your big box furniture store. This store is loaded with high quality furniture at a fair price. The delivery team did a great job bringing furniture into the house. Its worth the drive to talk to the sales team. I highly recommend Bachman Furniture.
